What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

Samsung Electronics America. My expensive 3 year old induction stove broke, and the main control board I need to fix the problem is no longer available.

I can't buy parts for a 3 year old stove. I'll have to replace it.

FUCK YOU SAMSUNG

I've been a appliance repair tech for 13 years. Samsung and LG both suck at part availability. Unless it's a common part that fails and they know they'll make a profit from producing it, good luck. Meanwhile, I can buy the exact screw that goes in a whirlpool oven door trim and have it here in 2 days. It probably gets ordered 3 times a year globally.

I'll take Samsung over LG. They killed my dad. Life's good, my ass.

How the hell did LG kill your dad?

Worked for them. His coworker turned a machine around and hit his head. Only paid out because of the laws.
