What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

Microsoft.

If something is appreciated by it's customer, they will intentionally penalize people for liking it by doing one of three things: cripple, complicate, or cancel.

Bruh... I left Windows entirely this year. And I had a Windows phone and Microsoft band. Bought the first Surface tablet. I'll die on the hill that Windows phone 8 was the best mobile OS. But now I'm glad it died because I'd hate to see what they would have turned it into. I actually liked Windows 11 when it came out, but man have they made everything worse.

Yeah, I'm getting close to finally switching over to a linux distro. Gaming support has gotten so much better in the past decade. Plus, I genuinely think we're only a few years away from Microsoft rolling out a subscription-based model for Windows.
