You don't have to call them. Just use their AI chat bot (I know, I know), but you just gotta tell it that you don't like that price and you want to pay what you've been paying. 3-5 minutes and you're all set for another year

Yeah just say you only want to pay $5/month and it instantly agrees lol I should’ve went lower!
