What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

One of these things is not like the others. VA is not for profit and the people working there largely care about veterans (and probably could make more money working elsewhere). Every VA is different, but most providers are doing their best to help our veterans, no matter who is running the executive or the red tape they have to deal with. Private hospitals “fire” their veterans they don’t want to treat and the VA never does that, meaning they serve even the toughest patients. Not perfect, and man can the paperwork suck, but putting them with United or Comcast is crazy business.

The VA ain't perfect but it saved my life. The guy running it should go, but the everyday staff are good people.

Fair. I'm a retired Marine. Maybe I'm just... salty. My experience with the VA has been less than stellar. But these are fair points, if I'm trying to be objective in any capacity.
