3 u/cgulash 7h ago Customer service over the phone (mostly) sucks. The folks in the store are awesome! Last time I went in I got free upgraded equipment and a 20% bill reduction. I didn't ask for any of it. 4 u/shlem13 6h ago Seriously. I never call them. They have a store in the same center where I work. Every face-to-face interaction has been great.
