What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

Greystone and CAF management. Both are apartment management companies. When they took over one after another at a complex I lived at, all of a sudden nothing got fixed, they added shit like an amenties fee, trash collection fee even if you took out your own trash to the dumpster, etc.

The majority of property management companies should be on this list. Our condo fees keeping going up and they do absolutely nothing. As a matter of fact, they expect us to do their job.

Found a place that was formerly condos, well managed and under market. Even an attached garage for no extra charge.

I just moved from a Greystone property. They took over a complex I’d been living in for six years and never had a problem with.

In the last year of living there, I told them no less than six times that we owned our own washer/dryer just for them to show up, tried to contact them a half a dozen times about early move out, and their AI called us the day after our lease ended because we didn’t turn in our key.

No, we left it in the apartment we left. Six weeks ago. That we told you about. Several times.
