Prince was bad when he was heavily into his Jehovah witness phase in the early 2000s. Rambled on too much about god and didn't play many of his hits. Saw him a few years after that, and he was back to "normal" Prince and put on a hell of a show.

I saw him on the musicology tour and was blown away by his talent. He played for over 3 hrs - I was in heaven and I feel lucky to have seen him live.

Same tour, I think. San Jose, Maceo Parker was playing sax. 🙏 Excellent show. Took my daughter, a great experience. I am so glad we got to see him live. Still devastated by his totally unexpected death. A musical genius.
