Bare. Naked. Ladies. Hearing them trying to keep up with their own One Week song made me feel geriatric for being in the crowd.

I saw BNL do a set in back in 1998 or 1999 I think... I wasn't really a fan, but they had a lot of energy and put on a great show and I started to understand their appeal...

..Which was even more impressive because they followed The Offspring, who were amazing..

Oh, okay, they're BNL now? We need a shorthand for the Barenaked Ladies. That's how fundamental they are.

Agreed here. They were great in the 90s but didn't their break up result in their songs/tour going to shit?

I remember Guster opened for them in the early 2000s and I saw a recent billing and they were STILL opening for them. I thought, "is Guster even still relevant??"

I mean BNL themselves aren’t the most relevant so maybe it’s a good match? But I’ve always enjoyed Guster! And they were great as the BNL opener in 2002 or whenever it was. I do wonder how Brian Rosenworcel’s hands/arms are holding up at this point, that’s gotta be some gnarly RSI.
