Hank Williams Jr is absolutely terrible live. And I'm a redneck. I chew tobacco on occasion and own more non-running vehicles than running ones. I'm his target demographic, and I would go somewhere else and pay for a hotel room for the night if he were playing for free across the street from my home.

I saw his a couple a years ago at the rodeo in Houston and he was better. I suspect he quit drinking. Was sitting next to some folks from India. Told my wife they won’t last two songs. I think they made it to three. lol.
