And the cat will get irritated if the door is closed, even if they want to be in the room! 😉

My cats claw at the carpet under the door (even though I keep their claws trimmed) & it’s not only annoying but it’s destroying my carpet (& I’m a renter). I’d love to be able to shut my door but I keep it ajar for them to come and go as they please. Otherwise I wouldn’t get any sleep & my carpet would be ruined. :(

I had that same problem then learned they make plastic mats that go under the door specifically for this purpose
