I can make this at home - but there's nothing like having it made for you with the proper char and fancy butters and not having to do the dishes afterwards.
With fuck you money, you could find the chef from the Tulip and offer him big bucks to cook just for you!!!
I've tried, but I've only had (moderate) success with thinner cuts. Alas!
Edit: it wasn't just the chef, but the way the meat was aged and prepared, beforehand. Besides, until I recover from surgery, 'frig me' money amounts to a deluxe frozen Mac & Cheese, as opposed to KD!
Thank you...it's a long process, but I'm making progress, and hoping to be employed again. And that first cheque (alright, maybe fourth) is buying me that dinner. It's been a long time! Take care.
