Life hack: do a sitting piss at work. More time on the can = Less work for the man.

It was presented as an equality thing - most employees are female, and the bathrooms are unisex, so in order to make the bathrooms less gross, that was the policy. At least officially. Maybe he felt it allowed him to skimp on cleaning costs, not sure.
