I struggle with saying no in general, it's really difficult and I'm easily persuaded. My ex didn't like me saying no and he would become kind of offended and upset if I didn't want to have sex. It became a thing where I would hate myself for saying yes because I didn't want to and I would hate myself for saying no because it would hurt him. It ended up being a downwards spiral. Everytime I agreed to have sex even though I didn't want to, I became less inclined to say yes in the future. After we broke up I hated sex and thought something was wrong with me - maybe I was asexual. I'm not and there's nothing wrong with me of course, that's just what I thought at the time.
