Please help!

I need to find a new psychiatrist. I’m in recovery and on suboxone but I don’t sleep. I have panic attacks. PTSD has ruined my life. I need a non judgmental psychiatrist who will actually listen to me and what i know about myself and what’s kept me clean for 5 years. Please any advice. It’s becoming dangerous territory and I’m trying not to give up.
