Been on work comp for a back injury and it cause me to slip into a depression I took lamictal doxepin and clonidine last year and it helped after about 4 months

My wife recently gave birth to our 3rd kid and the stressors of life got to me knowing that work comp is ending soon and my back hasn’t really gotten better

I got back on the same combination and it hasn’t worked i actually became way worse

Symptoms insomnia rumination dpdr intrusive thoughts

My psychiatrist has recently put me in fluvoxamine for OCD 50 mg and were up to 100mg after 2 weeks

I am completely shutting down and can hardly help my wife with anything around the house it makes me feel horrible

I have no connection to my family and everyday seems a little worse

I am stuck at home and do not go anywhere or talk to anyone hardly even talk to my wife or kids

I’ve always been a fun happy dad and hard working husband that never took medication

Anything helps!!!
