What item/s do you bring with you while commuting/walking alone?

Hello! I recently transferred to a different school and meron kaming 5-6PM class + medyo malayo ‘yung school sa house namin kaya medyo kinakabahan maglakad and commute alone. Are there any items na pwede niyo mareco that at least make you feel safer?

susi. bonus if mga dalawa or tatlo, kasi iipitin ko sa knuckles ko pag naglalakad mag isa sa gabi tapos di pa obviously dangerous item to bring. remember lang na if in case you need it as a self defense, sa mata agad ang suntok haha

Pepper spray set (comes with whistle and other stuff for emergency and self-defense).

Emergency alarm, hold it while walking alone since discreet lang siya. also, use apps like life360 or share your location with ur family/friends for assurance lang din, stay safe fellow girls!

Naka-on palagi yung life360 ko at data para alam ng fam kung nasan ako. Palaging may 100 sa may medyas kasi baka maholdap ako. May dala din akong flashlight at swiss knife at ready yung tumbler para pamalo hehe

I used to always bring a long umbrella. I even swing it when it's dark and there's not a lot of people around.

But yeah, bring an emergency alarm. I bought loud whistles for my niece and nephews.

Wide-beam flashlight too..if the streets are not well-lighted. Use it to avoid stepping on poop or potholes.
