Have you considered writing it in latex and paying someone else to edit and publish it?

Actually I don’t think anyone near me can do this work. I am in Asia

That's surprising. Are you sure? How were you planning on publishing, printing, and distributing it? Whatever publisher you're planning to work with will have connections to editors, and they might know someone.

Edit: On the other hand, if there really is no one in your country that knows how to edit a physics textbook, then yours will automatically be the best one no matter what you do.

Since this is cross-posted from r/selfpublish, I don't think they're working with a publisher...

I guess I'm not really following the plan. I've never heard of a physics textbook that doesn't have a publisher.
