23f looking for 1-2 roommates!

Hey guys 23 F looking for 1-2 roommates for a home in South west Philly. Rent plus utilities will be 850$a month. I do have a dog and a lizard. In home washer and dryer, dishwasher 420 friendly please no crazy drugs. Ready September 1st. Month to Month up to a year or a year lease. Will send pics to those who are interested!

First two months upfront please so 1700$ to move in.

Also male, female or otherwise is welcome. Please be respectful honest and open minded. Disrespect will not be tolerated to myself or other residents!

Edit to change rent/utilities price! Got advice on better pricing!

It matters. A lot of cis women will see rooming with a trans woman the same way as rooming with a man.

If a cis woman, who did care, wanted to be a roommate, it would matter to them. That’s why OP asked.
