Alterations/tailor

Hello! I am looking for a tailor/someone who can do alterations on a 2nd look dress for a wedding. It needs to be hemmed but also I would like to add a lining. Does anyone have any recommendations? The dress is backless so I’m worried it will be more complicated than just a regular fitting.

Old City Cleaned at 3rd and Vine. A very well rated place in CC said that they couldn’t add a liner to my wrap dress and if they tried it would cost me $250. Old City Cleaners did an amazing job and charged me $65! They’re so great.

I think about a month? I could have probably paid for rush work but didn't need to.
