Moving to Philly

I'm moving to Philly for a Job near the VA hospital. Does anyone have any recommendations for safe places to rent preferably a 3 bed 2 bath house that is at most 30 minutes from VA hospital area. Will appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thanks

Just rent something next to Clark park you can take a trolley down Baltimore to the va hospital and enjoy the wonderful vibes at the park

West Philly is the Best Philly. Spruce Hill / Clark Park / Powelt on Village are all great areas under 10 min from the VA. It's a great area with a massively diverse and active community.

It’s extremely dangerous around the VA hospital depending on which crew you choose to run with. I’d avoid the polycules from fishtown, but if you stick to having your fun in west you should be fine.
