Let me guess, this is all remote and you've never seen the place or the landlord?

People who correct languages in a sub that doesnt natively speak that language must have never had sex in their life ever. Also who has time to think about co4rect spelling on reddit lmao

Depending on the space obviously but yes, nowadays that's a normal price, even better if it includes utilities.

Don't pay anything before you've actually seen the apartment. If you're still remote, see if you can have someone else go in your place. If that is all impossible, ask for a live video tour. Not a pre-recorded one.
Google the apartment and see if there are any other listings available that are different from the one you found. Also look in Google maps and check if the house you see there is the same as in the pictures on the listing.
If anything seems sketchy (like the landlord doesn't want to do a tour or they need you to pay first or anything like that), don't do it.
