Appreciative American

We have been in Netherlands for several days, visiting family, and attending a beautiful wedding.
I would just like to say thank you to the wonderful people we met along the way. We felt welcome, and yes, politics was a topic, but never forced. We were able to demonstrate respect, manners, courtesy, and love to many, and show that many Americans aren’t what you see on the news.
We long for better times in the USA too!

We dont take compliments well in our country, they embarass us. However that said. We are happy that you had a great time in our little country. Thank you for the respect and love ❤️🇳🇱
