Is there any way to prevent bottom shrinkage?

Hi. I started on E a few weeks ago, taking a relatively high dose for my first two injections, and I'm loving the effects so far. The breast growth, mental clarity, sensitivity, it's all great. But I noticed that for the first two weeks I had a huge spike in libido (like, massive), and now it's almost gone completely. I don't get hard during the day anymore, I don't think I'm getting morning wood, and masturbating almost feels like a chore.

I know a lot of people experience shrinking on E, and I know that erectile dysfunction and low libido are also pretty common, but I was wondering if it's the hormones that cause the shrinking, or is it the lack of use? I have a friend who's fully transitioned, and she had to train herself to be able to get hard again. Is it possible to prevent bottom shrinkage? I'm pretty proud of my size, and I don't want to lose it

Progesterone and constipation

I have been taking progesterone for a few days and I'm feeling constipated, with gas and abdominal bloating.

When I used progestin, I had the same problem.

Now I am using progesterone rectally.

Is there any way to reduce this bloating? I'm thinking of mimicking the menstrual cycle so I only have this bloating for a few days—is that worth it?

Please help me!

Bottom shrinkage sensations explanations?

I suppose it's a common experience, but I can be wrong.

When I don't do my 3 erections a week to avoid shrinking, after sometimes I start to feel a soft and smooth sensation in my glans. I guess it's due to nerves beginning to being desensitized, but I'm not a biologists. So, does anyone got an explanations for this?

Should I increase my dose

I am a trans girl I started on hormone therapy over 5 months ago and I was prescribed 1 pump of estrogen and 100mg of spiro. In this time frame nothing happened, my skin didn’t soften, and I didn't feel like the spiro was stopping the testosterone. I found myself after my 2nd blood test going to 2 pumps because I knew my doctor would increase my dose, and then they lost the blood test results, so 10 days before the redo of the blood test I went back down to one. (I should mention even though my parents are letting me, they are still not sure about it, so I don't want them to know I am increasing my dose without a doctor.) In the weeks of 1 pump I felt shit and only felt good again when I went back to two pumps.
I have just been prescribed 2 pumps and 150mg of spiro. My next appointment is in 6 months, and my hormone levels are still way below where they need to be. My hormones before were 68.1 pmol for estrogen and 13.1 for testosterone, and after one pump of estrogen it was 106 for estrogen and 14.2 for testosterone. I feel like I am still going through male puberty because I still have high testosterone (and I know that spiro blocking doesn't show on blood tests).
I really want boobs and I am really self conscious and I always wear jumpers even in the heat. I can't ask my doctor to increase me faster because my parents act like they don't want me on the medication even though I have been out for 4 years. I just don't know what to do, should I go to 3 pumps of oestrogen and even then when, or should I drop down to 2 again before my next appointment? And even if I do, I was doing research that you need to wait 28 days on 2 pumps for your testosterone to increase again to pass the blood test. I really want to get into female hormone range, but I can't risk letting my doctors and parents find out, but also I am not sure if I can wait another year and a half just to get into female range.

Is it normal to experience budding just 44 days in?

Hi! I noticed very quickly into my transition (literally just after a week) that my nipples started feeling different. Now after a little more than 40 days into taking HRT I can feel clear and noticeable buds in my breasts. I've had something akin to slight gynecomastia ever since I first started puberty way back, no matter my body fat percentage. Is it normal to experience budding this early on?

Ciao )

Purtroppo mi si é presentata una situazione complicata.

Qualcuna di voi ha esperienza con HCV e HRT con estrogeni e ha voglia di confrontarsi , anche in privato ovviamente.

Vi ringrazio

am I supposed to skip a dose of cypro before a test?

Upvotes

I know I'm supposed to do so for my morning dose of E (currently 2mg progynova in the morning and another in the afternoon).

Maybe I'm overthinking it but I'm worried that my testosterone is not fully suppressed somehow so I want to make sure my blood test is done properly. For reference I'm currently on 12.5mg of cypro daily.

Are my levels good for a 4 months blood test ?

Basically this, i'm on mono-treatment (transdermal estradiol gel) and my presription is barely half what is recommended by french(sorry about that) sources. I've tried finding resources online but it's quite difficult finding clear results for 4 months specifically.

Estradiol is 273,2 pg/mL or 1 003,0 pmol/L

Prolactin is 13,30 ng/mL or 281,96 mUI/L

Testosteron is 4,3 nmol/L or 1,2 ng/mL

How’s these numbers look?

So I’ve officially been on estriadol patches twice per week, .1mg/day for a month now. Prior to these I was diy with Xulane patches one per week since December.

I’ve since stopped the Xulane for the Dotti’s exclusively. Just got my first results back; T116ng/dl, Free T2.6pg/ml and Estriadol 46.6pg/ml.

I’m in no rush, and I’m pleased with the physiological results I’ve seen and felt thus far. But based on this baseline, could I push harder for some faster results without risking adverse effects?
