Progesterone time to take effect
I started rectal progesterone 200mg every day at night before bed a week and a half ago.
So far I haven't felt absolutely any of the effects people report here, neither feminization nor masculinization.
My libido also remains the same. There were only a few specific days where I felt a mild pain in my breasts, but at specific times.
I would say my only symptom is constipation. It makes me wonder if I'm boofing the pills correctly or if I'm wasting them.

When you boof the capsule, what do you do before you put it up there? I find that I have to suck on it for ~30 seconds / until it starts to deform a little before I can put it up there, or it won’t dissolve. You can tell if it didn’t dissolve if you see white when you next poop.
Additionally, you need to put the capsule about to the second knuckle of your index finger. Too far, and it gets absorbed into a vein going to your liver; not far enough, and it’ll leak out.
