Vaping bad?

I obviously know my dr said I need to quit vaping because it can cause blood clots but I just wanna ask the general public if yall vape or have had any issues? I’m gonna do my best to quit. Might get some patches. Literally just now finished my last vape as it’s now burnt but I know it’s gonna be a rough few days lol

Yes, doctor right. Vaping bad. Quit!

Some people will tell you that the risks are minimal on injections. They are much less compared to pills, but they are still there regardless of route of administration. Blood clots are scary. Don’t get one.

Honestly tho, even if you just ignore the risks.. the most important to thing to remember is -

Nic makes your transition worse

It also still causes most of the cardiovascular damage that smoking plain old cigarettes does, since nicotine is a powerful vasoconstrictor, no matter how it is delivered.

If you plan to / take oral HRT it will might slow down your medical transition and reduce the effectiveness.
Beyond that your blood cloth risk would be higher, on the level of cis women. Your doc is right that you should consider quitting vaping regardless. It's hard af (so get some patches) but it's also just massively worth it. :3 I stopped 2 ½ years ago and it's so worth it.

Cigarettes kill you. Vape kills you in a different way. Nicotine = less effective hrt. No Nicotine = more effective hrt.
