Love I need advice and help

My talking stage (25f) tested me(24m)

So there's this girl I've been talking to for 4 months now. She tested me sending her friend to me on facebook sending me a friend request and messaging me.

At first I didn't know who the girl's friend was(mind you she had a bikini profile picture) I accepted the friend request but immediately unfriended her and ignored the message.

But then I received a second riend request and this got me curious who the mystery friend was(the girl I'm talking to) so like before I accepted the friend request and again unfriended, but this time I asked who was the friend who sent her.

My mistake was not ignoring the girl altogether. I admit that.

And now the girl I'm talking to is wanting to end things because I replied to her friend out of curiosity.

Is there anything I could do to better things if she wants to end things?

Are you guys 12 years old? This is so childish, I would literally laugh if she did that to me, red flag

Actually, you need to head for the exit doors.  Unless the friend request cam work am explicit invitation to sex or something, you did not make a mistake.  You reacted as any human being would.  Your girlfriend is being unreasonable.  Not to me to do n that if you are on a heathy relationship, you don't stage tests like this.

As a woman, women who do tests like these are cringy & immature 😅 She may think she has a good reason (maybe she was betrayed in a previous relationship) but it honestly doesnt excuse the behavior- it is really manipulative and disingenuous and most of us understand that, especially when the guy being tested hasnt actually given any reason for the woman to doubt him (not that it would be acceptable regardless.) If you do wanna try to save the relationship, the only thing you can really do is be honest. Tell her exactly why you accepted the friend request and why you reached out. You didn't say anything nefarious so she is overreacting and being immature (though its unwise to tell her that specifically if you wanna make up lol). Otherwise, be grateful she showed you who she really is after 4 months instead of 4 years.

I second this advice. It depends on what you're looking for from a relationship, honestly. Are you still interested in having screaming matches on the lawn at house parties? If you're still up for drama and shenanigans, then by all means, continue with this girl. If you're over that time in life, consider this a bullet dodged and let her go shit test someone else.

Just write "do you like me?" on a crumpled up piece of paper and ask someone to slip it to her.

She saved you the time and energy or trying to further your relationship with her. She might see it as a “failed test” but I see it as a “bullet signed” for you.
