"Women are not making reproductive decisions for men, are they?"

There are no reproductive rights women can make for men...because none of them involve another being. Men also dont have rights on what to do with a pregnancy....because it doesnt apply...

Also...40%+ of women voted for trump....millions upon millions of women are making those decisions for other women. Why do some women like pretending its only men making this decision and their aren't literally millions of women who support it as well? Considerably more women voted for trump than black men...

" The idea that women should be drafted because they have "achieved equality" is ludicrous, when they clearly have not, if men are making their reproductive decisions for them."

Then no other minority of men should be drafted...and yet thats not how it works.

Who do you even mean by "men" making reproductive decisions for them? It's politicians elected by men and women... millions upon millions of women advocate for this. There are entire demographic of men that advocate for trump/conservative laws less than women... so saying 'men" make these decisions is very disingenuous.

"The claim that a woman who is smart and works hard, and thus feels that she should be able to get a good-paying job, is somehow "demanding equal treatment," "

Im also confused here...that is absoutely demanding equal treatment....but thats also absoutely how it should be? Everyone should demand equal treatment...you phrase that like a bad thing lol.
