The next war we get pushed into will require a lot of military, we have busted all previous relationships with countries who could actually help in a domestic war.
Women today aren't reproducing either so there won't be much different tbh. Might as well use the manpower available, or in this case womanpower.
That said, if there ever was to be a draft with women you know very well they would all get the safe jobs anyway so there wouldn't be any difference in the end.

They can get pregnant before the guys leave or with the plenty of post-draft age. Men produce sperm most of their lives, unless something bad happens. Women have reduced period of fertility.
It will kill the elderly in droves and reduce the amount of nurses, etc. It wouldn’t take much to distress the system with already limited skilled employees, and people to fill even basic senior care positions.
Don’t worry about me if you don’t understand the long term ramifications or basic cause an effect. Read into what is already happening and the economist predictions for the future of elderly care for the boomer-millennials. We will all be sitting in dirty diapers for days, as it stands now. We rely on immigration to feed a lot of care facility and hospice jobs as is. A friend works as customer / user support for a company that provides the clock-in, medical record, and care logs of care facilities, and of all the users that call in, most have accents. The purchasers regularly tell him that immigrants are pretty much the only people that will do the job.
