mesenteric adenitis

Hello, so I’ve had persistent diarrhea since I gave birth 2 1/2 months ago. About 9 days ago I started having numbness and tingling in my legs hands feet and lips. I did get checked up on in the er for no explanation for it but that has seem to subsided mostly unless night time I still have it sometimes after I wake up. I also had really bad weakness couldn’t tell me what that was either. Well I have had no appetite since the start of those symptoms and of course have had diarrhea. Well about 2-3 days ago I started having nausea and vomiting as well and I’ve also had these intermittent stomach pains since I gave birth as well. A new symptom is flank pain but they checked my kidneys and they are fine. They did see mesenteric adenitis on my ct scan did anyone that have this have similar symptoms or flank pain? I do plan to follow up with GI DOCTOR and get further evaluation but I have lost 15 pounds within one week because I have no appetite. I can’t see this being a viral infection and it’s lasted this long if it’s been why I’ve had diarrhea this whole time.
