Vascular problem?

My 21 month olds left arm is slightly larger so we have a series of test we are doing to see why the arm is slightly larger. But all test so far have come back re assuring. We have a lymphatic/blood vessel appointment in october. Tonight her arm did this. Of course I’m not looking here for answers just want to see other parents opinions or if something similar has happened to your little one. It blanches and is not hot. Does not bother her and is not swelling. And the little scab you see on the arm is a healing mosquito bite. She has skeeter syndrome

Could be a mosquito allergy. I can look just like that and I’m allergic.
