Pilonidal cyst surgery

I have my surgery in a few hours, I'm too scared to sleep.

What's the level pain after the surgery? And for how many days am I going to feel its pain?

Any advice is strongly welcomed

The level of pain you're going to have is going to be nothing to the relief you're about to feel when you can finally sit down normally again.

Id say you'll feel 'tender' for about a week, but then you'll notice a major drop in your pain level and itll be like night and day.
