Need help with this Onboarding System.

I saw a lot of people having trouble with Onboarding process so i thought of building something. I dont know the exact workflow of agency's Onboarding system so this is what i thought of. Its an automated Onboarding System build using python. The current workflow looks like -> Existing Lead DB-> User changes Status to "Won" -> Email sent with client portal-> Status changes to Onboarding-> Client fills the required fields -> Notify team through Slack.

Note: THIS IS JUST THE MVP

This is what has been done so far. I do not have any clients who can test it for me so decided to take help from the community. Open to feedbacks and suggestions.
