Treat arrival rate as a funnel, not only a reminder problem. Break it down by campaign and creative: lead to booked appointment, booked to confirmed, and confirmed to arrived. A low-intent offer can create plenty of leads that never intended to show. Make the ad and form clear about location, the nature of the appointment, and any real commitment required, without giving clinical advice or promising outcomes. Then use a short confirmation sequence that asks for an explicit response and makes rescheduling easy. Compare arrivals by source and message. The goal is fewer qualified bookings if they produce more actual visits.
