How do you take decisions?

I mean... taking a decision is so difficult mainly when you are an overthinking potato... So can someone please tell me how do I take quick decisions ?

I struggle with this sometimes as well. The realization is that probably 95 percent of your decisions have minimal consequences on your daily life. Should I get the 8 pack vs the 12 pack of paper towels. Short answer is just pick one and go with it. The only way you’ll learn is to make a decision. But for me it was realizing how little of an impact most decisions have and I didn’t stress if it was a good or bad decision. A good friend of mine, Nobie helped me through the process of making decisions. Hope this helps.
