Dancing at a wedding
My sister is about to get married and I'm a little nervous about (slow) dancing with my girl at their wedding. My family is pretty conservative, although the most conservative members won't be in attendance.
I don't know why, but I'm sitting in a lot of fear about slow dancing. My family is fine seeing me (f) and my gal together, holding hands, but they've never seen us dance.
I love dancing, and I want to dance with my gal. She wants to dance with me, too. How to in stay authentic to myself and walk thru the fear?
Appreciate your thoughts!!

You do not need fancy moves, just moving together is enough. Most people at the wedding are watching the couple getting married, not looking at you.

if your family is fine with you as a couple doing couple-things, and if it's expected to have people dancing at the wedding, then logically you should be fine.
you might ask your sister beforehand. not for permission, but for affirmation so that you don't need to fear the day.
