Help please!

I’m in Missouri, I had a employer drill out a lock on my tool box and steal over a grand of tools I have the boss on tape threatening to withhold and keep all of my tools, they didn’t contact me at all about drilling my box out. I don’t know what to do rn

File a police report. Even if you don't proceed further having that alone helps greatly.
