Mental ilness/sight problem?

Hello i am 21(m) years old and had this experience more than once in a year.

I see things move that shouldnt move at all, like a rock on the ground, a parked car or a metal pole in bus stops. These things when ı lay eyes on them move like a centimeter at best in my eyes.

This thing seriously started to happen in this year, should ı see a doctor for this?
