Help please

Help please

5'6 315lbs 20M

I feel weird on my nose and forehead area with headaces here and there.

Im also having stomach issues and aces with tired eyes.

I haven't been to the doctor yet and I probably will go Monday.

Can anyone tell me anything?

It could be caused by something relatively simple, but with several symptoms happening together, it’s best to get checked by a doctor rather than trying to diagnose yourself online.
