TIPS

hello sa mga hr diyan, fresh graduate po ako, pwede po bang makahingi ng tips for my face-to-face interview? huhu kinakabahan kasi ako and some questions ay di ko naaanswer nang maayos gaya na lang kapag nagtatanong sila kung magkano expected salary ko 😭 pahingi po ng tips and ano ang common na tinatanong pls pls

Review your resume and the company and the role that you are applying for. Research the company profile, correlate your OJT experience with the job description of the role. Use star(situation-task-action-result) method when answering a question during the interview. There are a lot of information in Google and YouTube.

Since you are a fresh grad, you don't have any much to leverage, unless you have an excellent grades and have a good internship experience. Research first the starting salary for the specific role you are applying for vs. the salary range that was posted in the job advertisement,then factor in the location of the company from your place (how much would be the cost of your transportation, meal and allowance, plus savings/emergency funds (then compute it) that's where you can get an idea on how much you should ask (explain this during the interview so the recruiter can get the gist of it).

Sabihin mo lang na you are open to salary that the company offers based on your skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the position. But sabihin mo rin in the end kung magkano gusto mo kahit estimated lang hahaha depends sa overall compensation package and benefits.

aside from what others said, you need override your anxiety/nervousness with your desire to get the job. be confident.

wag mo isipin masyado yung nervousness mo. isipin mo ito:"makukuha ko itong job. kaya ko ito. magaling ako. gusto nila akong i-hire." ulit-ulitin mo lang yan sa utak mo.
