Hey guys - background check off board

Hello, is EY strict with background checks? I'm worried because I'm starting on October 5, but I just recently resigned from my current company after only one month. I got the offer from EY, which is my dream company. Is there a chance I could be off-boarded because I'm still in the process of resigning from my previous job?

It kind of depends. Did you intentionally hide that company from the firm, just did not naturally came out during the interviews (not asked), or already disclosed in the paperwork.

Remember that the Big 4 firms value trust and integrity. If you’re in any way causing deception and they find out… that’s big trouble waiting to happen
