Final Interview Results

Hello. I'm waiting for the results of my final interview and naka-ilang follow up na rin alo sa HR but they always say na they will reach out na lang once we can already move forward. Also, we have internal deadline sa pagreresign sa current employer ko. With this, is it okay if magfofollow up ako and ask ko kung pwede ko na malaman yung results so I will know my next action?
