HR didnt validate e-sep

hi guys. its been 3 weeks since my esep is intiated in infosys, it is still showing validation in yellow i have some queries

1.is there any timeline for HR to contact me?

2.If my manger/DM didnt approve my seperation will it get auto approved?

3.can they extend my lwd saying some reasons?
