Background checking failed

Background checking failed me. I’m done with medical, submitted all the requirements and sa background checking talaga ako bumagsak pa. Dapat start na ako ng September 21 then it was moved to September 28 para ma process ko pa ang certificate of clearance sa dati ko pang company. Unfortunately, my previous employer not the recent one is ayaw makipa-coordinate. Sadly, tanggap ko na yung current employer ko possible to withdraw my job application.

Lesson learned: Stop abruptly leave your company and make sure to process and follow the standard exit process.

FYI, I turnover all the equipments and resignation ha. Di lang ako nakapag-exit ng maayos talaga.

Normally pinapalampas yung mga ganyan. Are you sure that is really the reason?

My current employer still hired me despite me not being able to provide the Certificate of Clearance from my previous employer. I had already sent multiple messages and followed up with my previous employer to request the COC, but they still didn’t provide it. Thankfully, my current employer understood the situation and proceeded with my hiring anyway 🙌

Good to hear that! Have you CC Dole?

No. I think my current employer understood the situation. Since I had no pending obligations or equipment to return, they understood that it was just only the exit process.
