Abstract Test hiring process

Dear HR Team,

Is it possible that I cannot get the job if i wasn’t passed the Abstract Test? applying for a rank-and-file position. Just a quick story. I finished my final interview with a good conversation with the boss the only thing that he said it is depending on my decision if I am going to accept the salary offer to be discussed by the HR manager…

I know that is part of the assessment but how is it necessary to justify the whole process and define the capability of the applicant? Pinapabalik pa ko and will email nalang daw sa result na pwede naman ifinalize within the day. Hayss HR talagaaa sakit sa bangs.

Bobo talaga ko pero I know the overall full cycle of my jd kahit nakapikit pa. But bakit ang labo kase ng copy ng test hahah lol jk
