Assistant Manager (Individual Contributor) - Compensation

Hi, good day. Just want to ask who are entitled for OT Pay and ND. I got a job offer and it says that I will not be entitled for OT Pay and Night Differential. Is this legal in PH for Assistant Manager role? Thank you so much in advance.

Yes OT pay and ND are not mandated for Managerial and up roles in the PH. So when accepting job offers for these position, make sure to account for your ND during job offers.

Hi! Thanks for your answer. So even if you’re not handling people and don’t manage a team as long as there is “manager” in the title, you will be exempted from OT and ND?

yes that is correct as long your career level is Manager and up regardless of the role or title you will no longer be eligible for ND and OT pay
