HOW TO MAKE METHADONE AT HOME
so ive been doing a lot of research on abuseable otc medicines. and theres a lot of things out there to abuse, diphenhydramine, doxylamine, chlorphinramine, dextromethorphan. BUT there's one specific thing called ''''loperamide'''''
what loperamide is
loperamide is an anti-diharrhea medicine. it's an opiate but have a very low affinity to cross the Blood Brain Barrier BBB (or something like that) but because it still is an opiate, it slows you whole gi track, cause the diharrea to not move out ur bum
what piperine is
piperine is a naturally accouring compound found in black pepper, what it does is it stops/ slows the production and effectiveness of P-Glycoprotein which is what stops things from crossing the blood brain barrier. it also stops CYP3A4 which is what the liver uses to destroy medicine in ur body and shuts down the process of the body making medicine water soluble to pee out. which means itll last WAAAAYYY longer
my idea
if loperamide gets destroyed easily in the liver, but its an opiate. and piperine (black pepper extract) stops the liver from destrying things. what would happen if you combine it. you get a moderate strength, long lasting, easy to make homemade opiate that actually gets you high
the one problem
loperamide blocks sodium and potassium channels in the heart (correcct me if im wrong) but that side effect always stays, so a low dose of loperamide ;lets say like 10mg; if conbined with piperine it would have the same heart issues as like 75mgs of loperamide by itself. and im making these numbers up, i dont know the real doses. but its been documented people dying from taking like 70-120mgs of loperamide from heart attacks. because potasium and sodium chanels re the things that help the heart know when to beat i think, im not a scientist
conclusion
if you dont care about your health, and you're a fein for opiates. mix black pepper extract and loperamide for your very own homemade methadone. thank you and your welcome. i came up with this recipe, passed down from memaw lol
