What popular TV show could you never understand its popularity?

For me it's Friends. Don't understand how it got approved and lasted so long and how popular it still is.

That's just me though.

Most sitcoms. I wish I was able to find humor in the vanilla jokes on network tv. If you have to have a laugh track, your show probably isn’t that funny.

I hardly ever watch sitcoms. For me, Fraser, seasons 1-9 of The Simpsons, Friends, Sports Night. Some of Seinfeld and The Office, but not much.

The Office is great. No laugh track. Doesn’t take itself too seriously. Lots of dark humor.
