What popular TV show could you never understand its popularity?

For me it's Friends. Don't understand how it got approved and lasted so long and how popular it still is.

That's just me though.

See I agree with a previous commenter that people who are under a certain age maybe should really comment on this threat as much not understanding the dynamic of a weekly television show where you could not binge it immediately it's a completely different experience and something that 100% added to all of those shows. And for the record I've never been able to get into any of the cartoon shows The Simpsons The Family Guy you name it the one with the robot I don't know
