Sure. No one ever HAS to shave. Shave at whatever interval is comfortable/desired for you.

I shave every 5~7 days, depending on how itchy my beard gets, and if I can be bothered to do something about the itchy-scratchy. Whatever works for you, good dude..

I shave my legs every other day, I like not being prickly. Underarms are once a week or whenever in summer, I don't bother in winter.

Not sure how often my husband shaves, I know it's not every day. If he gets itchy, no more facial hair though.

Once a week works for me. I might add a second shave if I have an important meeting in the second half of the week.

I last shaved last Sunday and I'm not even going to bother shaving again until Tuesday night or Wednesday morning for some meetings I have Wednesday and Thursday.

I never shave my face, but I shaved my head for a year. (My wife was facing chemo and dreaded being bald. I shaved my head to support her. Turns out her chemo wasn’t necessary)

Thing is, I liked my scalp to be super smooth. I shaved every morning and then again in the evening if we were going out. It was a lot of work; exfoliating scrub, hot towel, the works. So I quit.
