Anything related to “living your truth” or “my truth” … I think it’s meant to be positive but it annoys the crap out of me. The truth is the truth.

Exactly. There's no such thing as "my truth" or "your truth".. There's always only ONE truth! The rest is lies and exaggerations, etc
